Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 7 days before your scheduled charter, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel before 48 hours, you will receive 50% of your deposit back. Any cancelation within 48 hours of your booking will result in no refund of your deposit. Contact us directly to work out the partial refund if you'd like to cancel when your booking is within 7 days. Please note: There is not additional allowances for weather cancelations. All above terms still apply despite the weather. We will cancel at our discretion if needed for extreme weather (very rarely), and will in that case provide you a full refund. Generally, scheduled charters are rain or shine.
